Dispatch
We are 100% radio dispatched and in most cases are able to respond on a moments notice. Graham Trucking utilizes a proprietary intermodal dispatching and invoicing application running on a Windows 2000 Server® which allows original shipping information to travel automatically from dispatch order to delivery receipt, and then directly into invoicing. This system eliminates billing errors and facilitates a much faster turn-around time. It is unparalleled by any in our industry and frequently solicited by our competitors.
Customers
In addition to the many steamship lines, barge lines and railroads who call upon Graham Trucking when premium service is required, our family of customers includes various local department store/warehouse chains whose own large distribution centers depend on our quality, on time deliveries in order to load their own in-house fleets for product distribution to their retail outlets. These services also extend to seafood companies, construction companies, freight forwarders, produce suppliers, and many others. Graham Trucking Inc. provides a variety of transportation, warehousing, consolidating/trans loading and distribution services. We have heavy haul and heavy lift capability and offers super chassis both 20' and 40'; as well as 4-axle tractors for maximum capacity & efficiency. Our service to all steamship lines and intermodal rail ramps affords you the opportunity to "one stop shop" for solutions to all your transportation needs.
Safety
Graham Trucking, Inc.'s corporate safety program is administered and controlled by the Safety Manager at headquarters to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as Graham Trucking's Corporate Safety Policy. As a result of these stringent controls, Graham Trucking maintains the highest rating that can be assigned by the United States Department of Transportation.
- Graham Trucking is in full compliance with the Department of Transportation's physical examination and drug testing requirements.
- To insure a safe and reliable fleet, Graham Trucking exceeds the Department of Transportation's annual inspection requirements.
- All vehicles are required to successfully complete an inspection prior to getting on the road.
- Thereafter, each vehicle is subjected to monthly safety inspections performed by independent inspectors who are certified by state agencies.
- All vehicles are also subject to random safety inspection.
